This price match guarantee allows cardholders to book a prepaid hotel stay through Chase Travel and, if they find a lower rate (greater than a $5 difference) within 24 hours, they can submit a claim to receive a refund for the price difference. The criteria for the price match includes ensuring the same property, dates, room type, bed type, number of guests, currency, and cancellation terms.
Chase recently confirmed that this feature is currently in beta for specific accounts, including the Sapphire Reserve for Business, J.P. Morgan Reserve, and select Sapphire Reserve cardholders. If a claim meets the criteria, cardholders can expect to receive a refund promptly.
