Scottsdale’s entertainment district is set to welcome Shiv Supper Club, a stylish new restaurant and dessert room, in early 2025. The club will be located in the former Mint Ultra Lounge space on Camelback Road, described as a venue where “culinary artistry meets immersive entertainment.” The expansive 13,869-square-foot establishment will feature a main dining area, several bars, a patio, and a distinctive dessert concept.
Shiv Supper Club is the latest project from Riot Hospitality Group, established in 2010 by Arizona native Ryan Hibbert, known for operating popular venues like Maya Day and Nightclub and Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. This supper club will be the group’s first venture into the fine dining arena and is touted as Scottsdale’s first and only supper club.
Riot Hospitality Group’s spokesperson, Lissa Druss, shared that the decision to open Shiv stemmed from the community’s need for a fine dining option amidst an area dominated by bars and nightclubs. Druss emphasized that the club will provide not just a meal but also a sensory experience with its attention to lighting and music.
The culinary team behind the restaurant includes Dustin Cooke, Riot Hospitality’s culinary director, and Jeff Mahin, a chef with experience at Nobu New York. The menu will feature impressive dishes served tableside, including a charcoal-fired tomahawk steak and truffle butter bread, alongside seafood delicacies like scallop crudo and a variety of caviar options.
In addition to the main dining experience, the Dessert Room by Shiv will focus on lavish desserts and Champagne, offering a unique entertainment lineup as a standalone escape for guests who may not dine at the main venue.
