BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Bistro Byronz location in Mid-City is set to reopen with a fresh identity on Monday, September 30.
Having closed its doors in early September, Bistro Byronz has shared plans to relaunch as Brasserie Byronz, promising a new culinary journey that intertwines the essence of France with the spirit of Louisiana.
The restaurant will commence its service at 6 p.m., inviting guests for cocktails and dinner. Lunch service will commence the following day, Tuesday, October 1.
“We’re excited to have you join us once more to discover our innovative Frenchie-American dishes and drinks,” the restaurant expressed.
Reservations are encouraged. Brasserie Byronz can be found at 515 Mouton Street in Baton Rouge.
