The winter harvest "Sober Supper Club" dinner is set to take place at Abundance Culinary on January 12, running from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. This event is organized by Fleurish, a company specializing in non-alcoholic bartending, in collaboration with Zero Proof Bartending and Events.
Whether you are participating in a "dry January" or live a sober lifestyle, this dinner promises an elegant experience that highlights both fine dining and exquisite non-alcoholic beverages. Fleurish, founded by Emily Tanski, pairs a curated drink menu with a special five-course meal crafted by Chef Liu Fang, who incorporates Cleveland’s local ingredients into his traditional Chinese cuisine.
The event will be held at Abundance Culinary, located at 1975 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights. Tickets for the evening can be purchased here.
