The Pink Elephant pop-up bar has made a return to celebrate Valentine’s Day, running until February 16. Located in Center City at 1500 Locust Street, the bar features love-themed decor alongside an enticing menu of cocktails.
Guests can enjoy photo opportunities amid decorations of pink and red hearts and eye-catching flower arrangements. The cocktail lineup includes creatively named drinks such as the Swipe Right Sangria, which contains rosé and gummy hearts, and the Be Mine Marg, a tequila-based drink mixed with raspberry. Other options include the Chocolate Covered Strawberry cocktail, made with vodka, strawberries, and a chocolate drizzle, as well as Cupid’s Arrow, which features gin and rose water.
As the city’s first espresso martini bar, the Pink Elephant also offers an assortment of espresso martini flavors, including chocolate raspberry, chai, and banana. For those feeling peckish, the menu features a selection of food items such as deviled eggs, wings, banana pudding, and short rib grilled cheese, making it an ideal spot for a romantic evening or a fun Galentine’s outing.
This year marks the second iteration of the Pink Elephant, following its successful debut last Valentine’s Day. The bar’s regular hours are Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to midnight, Friday and Saturday from noon to 2 a.m., and Sunday from noon to midnight. A daily happy hour is available from 4-6 p.m.
