Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe, in partnership with Clique Hospitality, is set to open a new live music lounge called Tessie’s Cocktails & Chords in early summer 2026. This exciting venue draws inspiration from the local legend of Tessie, the mythical lake serpent, creating a unique cocktail lounge that blends rock ‘n’ roll energy with high-end mixology.
Located at the center of the casino floor, Tessie’s features a design by Celano Design Studio Co., merging the charm of a vintage ski lodge with sophisticated modern aesthetics. The interior showcases materials such as antique mahogany, white oak, and aged bronze, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere complete with cozy seating areas including tufted leather sectionals and rustic wood tables.
A standout element in Tessie’s is the impressive multi-headed serpent chandelier, which sets the mood by changing colors throughout the evening. Additionally, the bar features a beautifully restored Brunswick “Empire Bar” from the 1800s, adding a touch of Tahoe’s frontier spirit.
Andy Masi, Founder of Clique Hospitality, emphasized that Tessie’s aims to be a great spot for music lovers. The venue will host live performances seven nights a week and will offer an Amped Après experience during ski season, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes.
The bar menu will feature an array of cocktails, champagnes, and local beers, appealing to both those looking to relax with a solo performance and those wanting to dance late into the night.
